- Start at the base of your neck and roll the tool in an upward motion.
- Move
up to your face and work outwards; from an imaginary center line which
is your nose, towards your ears where the lymph drains from your face.
(Note: We have provided a guideline on how to use it per facial area.) - Repeat each stroke at least 3 to 4 times.
